The personal data processor of the Ljubljana Castle Public Institute is the company Innovatif d.o.o., Poljanski nasip 6, 1000 Ljubljana. The controller and the processor of personal data have defined and regulated their mutual relations and obligations by written agreement.
4. Transfer of personal data to third parties or third countries
The Ljubljana Castle Public Institute does not transfer the collected personal data to third parties or third countries.

The Ljubljana Castle Public Institute processes the personal data of individuals either on the basis of consent, or on the basis of a concluded contract.

In order to ensure the protection of personal data, the Ljubljana Castle Public Institute implements all of the necessary legal, organisational and logistical-technical procedures and measures, either itself on the basis of internal acts, or through its contractual partners.
7. Duration of the storage of personal data
An individual’s personal data obtained on the basis of consent may be processed and stored until its purpose has been fulfilled, or until the individual’s consent has been withdrawn.
8. Rights of the individual
An individual can withdraw his/her consent at any time and, in addition, has the right to request access, correction, restriction of processing or deletion of his/her personal data by informing us in writing by post to the Ljubljana Castle Public institution, Grajska ploňa 1, 1000 Ljubljana or via the email address: osebnipodatki@ljubljanskigrad.si. An individual may also submit an objection concerning the processing of his/her personal data to the above stated address.
An individual may also file a complaint regarding the processing of his/her personal data directly to the competent supervisory authority, i.e., the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
9. Handling of violations
In the event of a violation of the protection of personal data, the Ljubljana Castle Public Institute or the authorised person shall, without undue delay and within 72 hours of notification of the violation, inform the Information Commissioner about the violation, unless it is unlikely that the rights and freedoms of individuals have been infringed by the violation of the protection of personal data.
In the event that the violation of the protection of personal data is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of the individuals to whom the data relate, the Ljubljana Castle Public Institute or the authorised person shall, without undue delay, inform the individual that there has been a violation of personal data protection and provide all of the necessary information in accordance with Article 34 of the Regulation.
II. Use of cookies
In order to ensure the operation of all of the website’s functions, the following cookies are used:
